I found the controls very uncomfortable, getting to know the npc's was torture, they all seemed so simple, they talked like legend of Zelda, or another retro Nintendo game.įirst I explored the planet that was similar to the moon, big circle of almost nothing. But with outer wilds, I can't understand the game in general. Saying that I have enjoyed many "rare" or unique games. I played for about 3 hours, the more I played, the more I wanted to uninstall. I still love strategy and grand strategy, but I know what kind of investment they are and only play a couple anymore and rarely start new ones because of it I absolute love their games and there’s very few things like them, but one of the reasons gamepass and plus overwhelm me sometimes is going to download a game and thinking ‘how many hours is it going to take to just learn the game’ and many times I just don’t bother starting them. It took me years to understand that a game could be great, yet not something I enjoyed, and conversely a game didn't need to be universally acclaimed for me to enjoy it greatly. Inevitably, well over half of those games got very little playtime from me before I was sick of them, and I would be pissed. If it got featured on a magazine cover, I owned it.
